Awarding Bodies

UK Qualification Awarding Bodies

Qualifications accredited through one of the qualification awarding bodies in the UK enables transfer of credits between leading courses, educational institutions and occupations. These organisations are accredited by Ofqual in England, DCELLS in Wales, CCEA in Northern Ireland and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) in Scotland.

Qualification & Awarding Bodies we work with in England:

1/ Access to Higher Education Courses

Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA)is the independent body entrusted with monitoring, and advising on, standards and quality in UK higher education.

The QAA regulates the Access to Higher Education Diploma qualification that enables individuals without A Levels or the usual equivalent to enter higher education. It does this by reviewing and monitoring the Access Validating Agencies (AVA) that award the Diploma.
